Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days however during peak sales periods (for example Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day/Week) up to an additional 5 (five) business days may be needed.

After your order is processed, tracking information will be provided to you via the "Order - Shipping Confirmation" email or by logging in to your account unless advised otherwise.

To cancel an order prior to it being prepared for shipping, please contact us by email at info@smartloop.ca.

  • Small to medium packages - Generally shipped by Canada Post
    • Regular: Western Canada expected shipping time: 3-5 business days, Central/Eastern Canada expected shipping time: 3-5 business days and Atlantic Canada expected shipping time: 7-10 business days.
    • Express: Western Canada expected shipping time: 2 business days, Central/Eastern Canada expected shipping time: 2 business days and Atlantic Canada expected shipping time: 3-4 business days.
  • Medium to large packages - Generally shipped by Purolator or ups
    • Regular: Western Canada expected shipping time: 3-5 business days, Central/Eastern Canada expected shipping time: 3-5 business days and Atlantic Canada expected shipping time: 7-10 business days.
    • Express: Western Canada expected shipping time: 2 business days, Central/Eastern Canada expected shipping time: 2 business days and Atlantic Canada expected shipping time: 3-4 business days.

Important Reminders:

  • Tracking number(s) from the courier company will become active 24-48 hours after your order is processed at their sorting facility.
  • For larger items, tracking number(s) from the carrier may not update the online tracking for up to 5-7 business days.
  • Orders will be delivered MONDAY TO FRIDAY DURING BUSINESS HOURS.
  • No weekend delivery is currently available.
  • Please make sure you are available to receive your delivery.
  • If you are not available, your delivery may be "safe dropped" outside your shipping address.
  • If delivery is dispatched but refused, Visions reserves the right to assess charges for return shipping.
  • Couriers and freight companies will only deliver to "threshold," which is the first entry point of the ship to address. Freight companies cannot deliver large/freight items, such as 55"+ TVs, to PO Boxes.
  • Factors due to events not reasonably foreseeable or controllable and peak sales periods may cause shipping times to increase .
  • In certain situations determined by the courier company, packages may be required to be picked up at their local facility or distribution centre. Please contact the courier company for more information.

Order Cancellations

  • For order cancellations requested after an order has been shipped/picked up by a shipping carrier, you will be refunded minus the cost of shipping once the product(s) have been successfully returned to Smartloop Electronics & Accessories.

Special Order Item(s) Shipping Times

These special order items will be indicated on the product overview as well as in your cart, so you will know what to expect in terms of shipping time for your order.

  • Orders shipped directly from the manufacturer or supplier to you.
    • In order to have the broadest selection possible, some of our products are stored in our suppliers’ warehouses. Orders on these items are shipped directly from our supplier to you.
    • These orders may ship right away (just as quickly as orders on product that we stock ourselves), but are often subject to slightly longer processing/shipping times.
    • Please allow approximately 2-6 extra weeks to receive your order.
    • Please Note: All Special Order items are FINAL SALE and refunds cannot be processed. Please ensure that you have selected the correct item prior to purchase.
  • Orders shipped from the manufacturer or supplier to our distribution warehouse, then to you.
    • In order to have the broadest selection possible, some of our products are stored in our suppliers’ warehouses. When a special order is placed, the product is first shipped to our warehouse and then shipped to you as soon as we receive it.
    • These orders will require slightly longer processing/shipping times than our regularly stocked items. Please allow approximately 2-6 extra weeks to receive your order.

Shipping Cost

Once you have added the item(s) to the "Cart" click/select "Proceed To Checkout", and under "Shipping Options" you will be able to see your estimated shipping and order total.

To get a more accurate cost sign in to your account, or input your shipping to postal code to get the total amount you will be charged for your order.

Shipping to Northern Territories and Isolated/Remote Regions

For customers with shipping addresses located in the northern territories of Canada or in isolated/remote regions, if we receive your order and determine the shipping cost exceeds the calculated amount for your order. We will notify you with shipping options and any additional costs to you prior to shipping your order, if after this notification you decide not to proceed we can cancel your order.

Delivery Services Times

Delivery service times are determined by the courier company and they do not make contact prior to delivery, in addition to being subject to their terms of services. For more information please contact the courier after tracking your shipment online.

Delivery Attempted And Not Available

If the courier attempts to make a delivery and no one is available at the shipping address, the following steps are taken by the courier company.

  • Canada Post, Ups and Purolator
    • A Delivery Notice Card will be left indicating where the item can be picked up. With Canada Post ONLY, some smaller item(s) may be delivered to a mailbox. A Final Delivery Notice maybe sent to your shipping address if the item(s) has not been picked up at the specified Post Office or Purolator Store.

  • All Other Couriers
    • Please contact us for more information.

Delivery Services To PO Box

Delivery to an PO Box can be only provided by Canada Post.

For larger orders/item(s) a physical address will be required, and will be delivered with the appropriate courier to handle the item(s) that have been ordered.

Delivering Purchases To Non Billing Address

Delivery to an address other than the billing address will only be allowed after the order has been approved by Smartloop Electronics & Accessories.

Substitutions

If your purchased item(s) experience an unforeseen stock shortage, we may ship a substitute model from the same manufacturer. Any substitution will be either a newer model or a model with equivalent features, and we will only make a substitution if the model is equal or better value for the customer.

In the event that you receive the substitute item(s) and it is not to your complete satisfaction, you can always return it for a full refund if the conditions are met as stated on this page.
